A word from God will change your life, give you victory, and help you overcome the circumstances you are facing? We believe that people are being destroyed for a lack of knowledge. Over 40% of born again Christians file for bankruptcy and over 50% of marriages end in divorce. A lot of Christians are walking around with their head hung down: Why is this? The bible says where there is no counsel the people fall. When is the last time you heard a sermon on the family??? Through the Spirit of Christ, we will give you the word you need to walk in victory. The bible offers practical advice as well as Spiritual. We preach practical, relevant, and encouraging messages that will turn your life around. Come in this Sunday for a lift.

Christmas Party
What is the Christmas party? The Christmas party is an event that we had in order that we might get together and grow warmer through fellowship. We played games that even brought out the kid in the parents!!! We played a game called frosty the snowman, where we wrapped toilet paper around each other and the 1st one to be fully covered with the toilet paper won the game. This game had us all laughing as it was both challenging and funny at the same time. We believe that laughter is good for the soul. We are full of great ideas that we would love for you and your family to be apart of.
Youth Sunday
What is youth Sunday about. Youth Sunday, which is our 2nd Sunday, is when we allow our kids to have that service to themselves. They sing, do drama, skits, and it also gives them a chance to display to us the parents what they are doing and learning in the classrooms. We believe that our kids should be involved and made to feel important because they are important.
We believe if they are involved while they are young they will want to be involved when they are older. Come on out and get your kids involved!!!

Drama Team
What is the drama team? Drama performances are about putting movement to a song. It is nothing short of awesome. We enjoy seeing our young people do drama, and they enjoy doing it for the glory of God!!! We have a childen's drama team and a young adult's drama team. The childrens age group is from 5 years old up to 11 years old. Our young/adult drama team ages are 12 and up.
These young people minister every Sunday and we would love for you to come and see them and get your kids involved!!! Come on out this Sunday and you will be blessed and you will leave excited!!!

Sunday School
Biblical teaching for a modern world, based on an over-reaching theme of "Christ in YOU! the hope of Glory!"

Our Beliefs

We believe in focusing on the individual member of the Body of Christ first. We believe there are no big "I" s and little "u"s in the Body of Christ(The Church). Some people elevate certain leadership positions in the Church body as having the most importance. But, Paul said, we are all members of one body and the eye cannot say to the foot, I have no need of you. 1 Cor. 12:21

Is it possible to be perfect as a Christian? Luke 1:37 Says for with God nothing shall be impossible. With man being perfect is impossible but with God nothing is impossible. In the flesh you will never be perfect. In the flesh you will sin, But, Romans 8:9 says you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man hath not the Spirit of Christ is none of his. We are Spirits living in a fleshy body and we choose whether we walk in the flesh or after the Spirit. James 2;26 Says, for the body without the Spirit is dead.

The question remains is God in us. If you are born again, yes. 1 Corinthians 1:12-now we have not received the Spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is of God: that we might know the things freely given to us by God. This scripture plainly states that we have received the Spirit of God therefore it is possible to be perfect in Christ. Let me ask you this question have you ever heard someone say if he’s going to heaven I’m going to heaven too? Why do sinners say this about Christians? It is because Christians are suppose to be Christ like and Christ was without sin.

People profess Christ but, often, in works they deny him. A tree is known by it’s fruit. And if someone is producing the works of the flesh which are adultery, fornication, uncleaness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, and revellings this is not of Christ but of the flesh (Gal. 5:19-21). An apple tree produces apples and an orange tree produces oranges and a christian should be producing the fruit of the Spirit which is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance. Sadly, too often "church folk" say they love God but do not keep his commandments. Well you might ask is it possible to sin as a Christian? Yes!!! Every time we get in the flesh we will produce the works of the flesh, but just the opposite is true if we walk in the Spirit; we will produce the fruit of the Spirit and we will not sin. You probally heard people say, "we'll sin a little bit everyday". Well let’s see what a little sin is; adultery, fornication, murders and drunkenness!!! You mean I can practice these things as a life stlye and still make it into heaven? Not according to Gal. 5:21 says they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. If we practice sin we are not of God but of the devil (1 John 3:8).

The bible says let everyone that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity (2 Timothy 2:19). Well you might say what if I do sin? Then 1 John 1:9 says that if we confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Christians do not have a license to sin we have a license for righteousness!!! People use scriptures like 1 Jn. 1:8 that says if we say that we have no sin we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us and Rms 3:23 that says all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. The truth is all of us have sinned. This is past tense. We did not come to Jesus until we realized we were sinners and in need of a savior. Lets look at 1 John 1:10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar and his word is not in us. This is past tense. Lets look at the very next verse after this one. 1 John 2:1-My little children these things I write unto you that you sin not. And if any man sin we have an advocate with the father Jesus Christ the righteous: Look at this scripture he said I’m writing unto you that you sin not. He didn’t say I’m writing unto you so you can keep on sinning. Sounds like the woman who had committed adultery that the religious leaders brought to Jesus, Jesus told her to go and sin no more (John 8:3-11)!!!

Lets look at it closer. He said, and "if" any man sin we have an advocate with the father, Jesus Christ the righteous. He said, "if" we sin, not, when we sin, there is a big difference. When we say we will sin, we will sin as sinners do. Sin is conditioned on a choice, and not guaranteed to happen. Rms 5:19 For as by one man’s disobiedence many were made sinners, even so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

In times past I said "I’m a sinner saved by grace", but now I say, "I was a sinner saved by grace but now I’m the righteous of God in Christ Jesus". See the difference. Right thinking precedes right actions. Therefore because my thinking is right I live right and walk right. I see myself as righteous and not as a sinner. Sinners sin by the nature of the old man which is Adam or the flesh. Christians live righteous by the nature of the new man which we received at the moment of salvation which is Christ. Rms.8:9 Says if any man have not the Spirit of Christ he is none of his. Paul said in Galatians 5:16 This I say then, walk in the Spirit, and ye shall no fulfill the lust of the flesh. You can’t walk in the Spirit and in the flesh at the same time. Walking after the Spirit or after the flesh is a choice we make as born again Christians everyday of every second of our lives. The thing is, when we got saved our flesh did not go away but we recieved the Spirit of Christ that we might mortify, or put to death the deeds of the body. Sinners don’t have this choice because they do not have the Spirit of Christ!! Jesus said in Matthew 5:6, blessed is he that hungers and thirsts after righteousness for they shall be filled. If you are filled with righteousness there is no room for sin. The key to being perfect is being in Christ and not in Adam. If you are saved, Christ has come to live in your heart to give you power over the flesh so you can be perfect. If you are a sinner give your life to Jesus and he will help you live right. This is the Gospel (good news) of the Kingdom. It is good news to those who are tired of the flesh ruling them. Some other scriptures on this subject are found in 1 John 1 3:1-10. Rms 6:1-23

About the House Of Prayer
The house of prayer is the place where we as believers come together to worship the lord and touch and agree in prayer. Many people refer to this place as the House of God, but we believe it should not be called the House of God, but the House of prayer. Lets look at what Jesus said about the temple. Mark 11:17 And Jesus taught them saying is it not written my house shall be called of all nations the house of Prayer? But ye have made it a den of thieves. Jesus said that the temple should be called of all nations the house of prayer not the house of God.

The truth is, we are the House of God. Paul wrote in 1 Corinthians 3:16-17 Know ye not that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God him shall God destroy: for the temple of God is holy, which temple you are. Paul said the Spirit of god lives within us making us the House of God. God, who is a Spirit, lives in our house. We are Spiritually, the house of God. A lot of people teach that the church building is holy. But Paul said, you are holy because the Spirit of God dwells in you. Paul said, you are the temple of God and your temple is holy. Lets look at some more scriptures that refer to the body of Christ, the people of God, as the house of God. 1st Peter 4:17 For the time is come that judgement must begin at the House of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God. Peter said judgement will begin at the house of God which is us the people of God not a building. Why is this important? Have you ever heard someone say I can’t say or do that, I’m in church or God’s House. This implies once they leave the church building they can say or do that. This is where you get the term Sunday Christian. People live right on Sunday while they are at the churchbuilding, but the rest of the week they live like the devil, but they say it’s alright because I’m not doing it or saying it in the church building. Jeremiah warned the people in chapter 7 of the book of Jeremiah that if you think it’s alright to go and live like the devil through the week and live right for 2 hours on Sunday you are being deceived. Jeremiah 7:8-12 Behold ye trust in lying words, that cannot profit. Will ye steal, murder, and commit adultery, and swear falsely, and burn incense unto baal, and walk after other gods whom ye know not: and come and stand before me in this house, which is called by my name, and say we are delivered to do all these abominations? Is this house which is called by my name become a den of robbers in your eyes? But go ye now unto my place which was in Shiloh, where I set my name out at the 1st and see what I did to it for the wickedness of my people Israel.

The truth is the church is not a building, but a body of people. If you are saved you are the Church. Colossians 1:18 says and he is the head of the body, the church: Notice paul said that that Jesus is the head of the Body, which is the church, not a building. In the book of Pilemon 1:2 Paul writes and to our beloved Apphia, and Archippus our fellowsoldier, and to the church in your house. Notice paul said I’m writing to the church that was in his brothers house. You can’t write to a building because a building can’t read. The church which is the body of Christ was in his house this was who Paul was writing to. We are the church; those who have been born again and accepted Jesus as our personal savior. We are God’s house, because the Spirit if God dwells in our hearts. Both Paul and Stephen, two great men of God, said that god does not dwell in temples made with hands (Acts 17:24, and Acts 7:45-50). This is the Gospel (good news) Of the kingdom knowing that everywhere we go god is in us. God is calling us to realize that he lives in us and our lives should be a reflection of his characther and nature 24 hours a day 7 days a week More scriptures related to this subject are Romans 8:1, Ephesians 2:19-22, Matthew 21:13, 2 corinthians 6:16.

True Communion

Although many Church bodies practice the taking of bread and wine in observance of the Lord's Supper, we believe true communion is one where the believer shares in the "Word"(bread) and "Spirit"(Wine/blood). We believe this belief is supported by writings in Holy Scripture.

Here are a few scriptures for your study from The King James Version, (Cambridge: Cambridge) 1769.

In regards to "Eating the Bread":

John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

John 6:51 I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.

John 17:14 I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

John 17:8 For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me.

Regards to "Drinking the Spirit":

Matthew 26:29 But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s Kingdom.

John 7:37-39 In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. 38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.39(But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)

1 Corinthians 12:13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

1 Corinthians 10:4 And did all drink the same Spiritual drink: for they drank of that Spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.

John 6:53 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.

We believe when you eat the word...that is take it into your heart and mind and believe it(John 3:16), this is eating the bread. When you begin to have "communion"(drink) of the Spirit(Holy Spirit), this brings life to the word in you and causes you to live your life according to God's will and not your own. This Word and Spirit becomes the "substance" of the new man or "the last adam 1 Cor 15:45". Through this process you are transformed into a new creature in Christ Jesus(the Body of Christ).

Of course we could share many other examples and explanations of this belief, but only God can make it real to you.
